Vista virus/worm, can't detect/remove

Hi,

This is my first time posting on this forum. I've read the newbie tutorials and am trying to follow them. Here's my story:

I burned a CD on my XP machine. Installed the software on it...then started getting weird erros. I put that CD into my Vista machine, just to "explore" it to see the files on it...and when I went to shut down my Vista machine, started giving me the same errors as the XP one. When shuting down the machine a series of error message windows come up saying that some memory location caused and error or that data at some memory location couldn't be read, and references TeaTimer.exe as what is failing. This windoes that come up with error messages have buttons that don't have words in them, just need to be clicked or X'ed out. After about 10 or 15 of these windows the computer shuts down. I've only had this for a couple days now, and am not completely sure when it happens most. It seems to go away if my laptop is rebooted a couple times and used without a connection to the internet, then when used during or after a connection to the internet it starts giving these errors again.

I scanned with AVG Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware 2007, Spybot S&D, Avira AntiVir, a-squared, Kaspersky online scan, Stinger, NONE detect anything. I've tried to update Spybot S&D installed all updates still causes problems. If I can't detect a virus/worm/trojan I can't be sure I have one. But there is a marked series of odd events happening after inserting that CD into the Vista laptop. On my XP machine, after the infection Spybot gives a registry change screen once in a while, and on that screen it mentions that the probram that is trying to make the change is a AGOBOT-KU! Worm also mentions something W32 or something. On the vista machine I have not been getting those registry change screens yet.

Another thing I noticed is that I have what I THING are new processes running. I cannot end them. A good website I found www.sysinfo.org list all of these as WORMS or something BAD:

csrss.exe

lsass.exe

If I try to shut them down, I either get a Access Denied error, or it says since this process ended windows will reboot in 1 minute, and it does, or for the csrss it gives me a blue screen of death and reboots.

I've seen forums talk about something similar and they say it is a false positive...I know that false positives are RARE. Has anyone seen anything similar? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
