trojan-downloader.bat.ftp.ab HOW?

Hi all,

I got this

trojan-downloader.bat.ftp.ab TROJAN



I scanned with spybot and also kaspersky AV but Kasper.... seems to delete it each time and with just 1 restart the guy crops up again....

Could you get me a method to remove it once and for all.
