Discrepancy with the manual update file (spybotsd_includes.exe)

As of this writing, there appear to be a problem with the manual update file (spybotsd_includes.exe) download from:

  http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html

Although the description has been updated:

This updates the detection rules. Only needed if you do not want to use the update function integrated into Spybot-S&D.

The file itself (spybotsd_includes.exe) appears to be last week's file. The download file has the following hash value which matches last week's description:
