Default not sure which items of the log to fix

hi folks, ran a spybot check on my girlfriend's laptop again after I had tried it before and got caught in a circle of error messages and had to give up. I'm new to this and want to check with you folks first before fixing anything. (I think that on a first try I had already fixed a few items but then somehow got stuck in the middle. Can you tell me how to proceed please? The log is too long to paste here.
    Thanks for an answer!

What did the error messages say and which version of Spybot-S&D are you running?

Open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About.

    Cheers.

    THanks for a quick response!
    I'm running version 1.5.2.20
    Error messages were:
Unexpected error in fixing problems (Cannot open file "C:\WINDOWS\wininit.ini")
    Failed to load C:\Programme\Spybot-Search_Destroy\DelZip179.dll
    SpybotSD.exe-Abbild fehlerhaft

In the meantime I also ran Kaspersky online scanner and saved a log as a textfile to my desktop. It shows 27 viruses and 57 infected objects. Let's get rid of them!
    Thanks for telling me how.

For the delzip179.dll problem see here http://forums.spybot.info/showthread...dll#post170595. A few people have reported problems with that file and some have reported that Uninstalling Spybot, removing all the relevent entries and then reinstalling it solves the problem.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

    Hi there,
clicked on the link and tried to download the recommended HijackThis version but got this error message:
    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...error_page/404

Anyway I uninstalled the previous version (v.1.99.1.) and I'm posting the Kaspersky scan results here:

Cheers, you might want to add the HJT log to that topic.
