registry modify

Often S&D v1.52 alerts that some software is trying to modify the registry.
Than S&D is waiting for my choose: denial or agree.
If I deny, S&D continuously alert with other new windows
and there is not any way to stop it.
I need to restart Windows Xp
How can I solve the problem ?
