Tried everything I need HHHeeelllppp

1. I got major continuous new IE popups so I tried to do my usual, run HijackThis.exe and removed the suspicious ones. It didn't work.
2. Did some reading and tried for 12 hours I REALLY need help.
3. here's the latest. HijackThis.exe runs clean and found nothing but when I change the name to abc.exe to run I found ssqpm.dll and tuvttut.dll and can't be fixed. I tried in safe mode or even deleting them in C:\Windows\System32\... but failed because system claims someone is using it.
4. Then I installed a new version of Spybot SD, ran for 1 hour, after serveral attempts and removed like 100+ items and finally removed COMMAND virus (cmdService) but continuous popups remain.
5. Then I run HijackThis.exe probably old version and see ssqpm.dll and tuvttut.dll is still there and still cannot be fixed.

The bottom line is after pc booted, I start IE, a few seconds later new IE.7 popups from another sites. If I were to go to another site, an addition IE popup will also appears.
