SpyLocked-trouble, keeps returning.

Hi all, just recently found on spybot that I was infected with spyware called "SpyLocked". I removed it and it is still coming back. I have noticed that every time I remove this spyware my ad-aware 2007 is affected to such a degree that it wont startup. For some reason when I update ad-aware it runs fine, then when I scan spybot again I find that this "SpyLocked" has been found on my system again and so the cycle goes on...
I havent noticed any changes in my system but im still quite aware that it could be infected with this spyware.
Its in a file called C:\Program Files\\Lang\
Please help as I cant seem to get rid of this.
