Problem after 08-04-02 update

Hi, after i updated spybot and immunized, 189 "things" for opera(cookies) can't be immunized.

Try rightclicking somewhere in the window,and select deselect all.Then,checkmark opera(cookies),and click cancel.After Spybot's done unimmunizing the one thing,try clicking Immunize

this quote doesn't work

What can i do please?

There does not appear to have been any changes in the immunization for cookies between the 2008-03-26 and 2008-04-02 Spybot updates. Both the 2008-03-26 and 2008-04-02 updates appear to be immunizing the same 189 cookies.

What other factors may have come into play that:

1. Eliminated the prior immunization of the 189 cookies after the 2008-03-26 updates.
2. Is preventing the re-immunization of those same 189 cookies with the 2008-04-02 updates.

After a format, it's the same problem, it's not a problem with Opera 9.50?
