    Default A request for help

I need some help here. So far Spybot and avg can find nothing wrong with my computer. However sometimes firefox will not upload to the internet. Sometimes the file picker is prevented from opening. IE is flooded with popup tabs whenever I open it (I only am doing so because IE is allowing uploads better than firefox is).

My internet is pretty bogged down for some reason.

I also receive this message when trying to run hijack this. The log i was able to get is below.

I can't find out how to edit my post, so I will add this. A new symptom has popped up today. my explorer.exe has continued to close down and restart on it's own many times today. If anyone knows what could be doing this, the help would be much appreciated.

    Hi

    1. Download combofix from any of these links and save it to Desktop:
    Link 1
    Link 2
    Link 3

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you (C:\ComboFix.txt). Post that log & a fresh hjt log in your next reply

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

If you have problems with Combofix usage, see here
