Here is what we have:
Kaspersky says this file in red which is in your Temp folder in Local Settings, is bad. At the very least it is adware and I would delete it if it were my computer. You may scan it here if you wish:

Once that is resolved, you have these two infected System Restore files, after them is the instructions for cleaning them.

Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Reboot
Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
