I did run a HJT and fixed the files you mentioned. No error on reboot.
This is great. I tried running "Combofix /u" . Here is the error message I got "Windows can not find Combofix".

Should I download comboFix again?

I'm also seeing a folder called QooBox. Inside this folder has a few files that relate to combofix. Folder called BackEnv. Folder called Quanrantine. A couple of text files.

It has improved 95%.

Hello Frank,

QooBox is the backup folder for Combofix, you can delete it. Glad things have improved for you.

• Your Java is out of date and leaving your system vulnerable.
• Go to your Add-Remove Programs in the Control Panel and uninstall any previous versions of Java (J2SE Runtime Environment)
• It should have an icon next to it:
  
  Select it and click Remove.
• Reboot your system.
• Then go to the Sun Microsystems and install the update
• Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 5 <--This is what you need to download and install.
• If you chose the online installation, it will prompt you to run the program.
• If you chose the offline installation, you will be prompted to save the file and you can run it from wherever you saved it.
• Then after install you can verify your installation here Sun Java Verify

I like to to do the offline installation and save the setup file in case I may need it in the future

Do I need to do anything with combofix since my machine didn't have it??

I did update the jre to jre 6 u6.

Hello Frank,

You can drag Vundofix and Combofix to the trash. Malwarebytes is yours to keep, you can check for updates and run scans with it whenever you wish.

Just read my links for keeping clean and follow there tips and you should be fine.
