From that review:

I was a bit surprised at the date on the latest immunization files: July 25, 2007.

I guess he didn't download the latest definitions and immunize. Oopsie.

N.J. Rubenking started out with a completely negative attitude to this review and so it should be no surprise that he didn't bother to update the product before commencing the tests. Perhaps that says something about how much credence should be given to the review.

2007-07-25 is the date on the update that populates the CLSIDs.sbs file. The CLSIDs.sbs file is for ActiveX immunization (Internet Explorer plugins).
