To turn off TeaTimer:
- Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode (say "Yes" to the warning if necessary) > Tools > Resident.
- Uncheck (if checked) the following:
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
