Registry change denied

It took over a half hour to download a patch for Flash Player and the same for RealPlayer. In each instance I got a "Registry Change Denied". Howqam I supposed to install these updates?

Also I think there is something wrong with the Spybot window that pops up and says "..has detected an important registry entry that has been changed"
The lower part of the window has a box that allows you check "Remember this Decison" to the right of that is a "?" and then "INfo" To the right of that is a wierd thing that looks like an information box but the two sides do not exist - just a line at the top and one at the bottom.

There is a graphical bug in the teatimer popup.

You can use keyboard-press "A" for accept or "D" for deny
