"Registry Warning" dialog box fix.

Is there any news about a solution to the problem of the Registry Warning dialog box that is cut off at the bottom and doesn't let you see what is written on the buttons? I just saw an article about this problem on this web site, saying that the update would be available when it is fully tested, but that was written about 10 months ago.
