when i turn my computer on my wallpaper is gone and theres a message that says "Warning, spyware detected on your computer, install antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer" And then my screen saver is bugs eating away my screen
Ive run a full Norton AntiVirus scan twice now and it didnt find anything

I run xp

It sounds like you have a Smitfraud infection.
Spybot S&D may, or may not help depending on which one you have.
