I need help bad!

Ok my pc has gone bonkers! i can boot in safe mode only i used spy bot it found 55 files of malware and others. i fixed them then tried immunize it froze and i restarted when i got back into safe mode it wont open spybot.exe it gives me a lit of programs to use to open it when i try to use something it doesnt work!

Please make sure that you are running the latest version of Spybot - Search & Destroy including the latest updates.

To see which version number and/or updates of Spybot - Search & Destroy you are using please run Spybot-S&D and choose "Help" --> "About" in the menu bar.
There you can see which version you have and which updates are installed.
It should be version 1.5.2 and the updates from the 2008/05/21.

If not upgrade/update as appropriate.

If you are, consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:

• "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance).

After you have completed the required scans and produced the requested logs, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the logs produced from the above instructions. A helper will advise you when available.
