Default Constant pop ups, explorer glitches, buffer underun

Hi, I would like to seek the assistance of all the experts in this forum:

Can somebody tell me if my system is infected with virus/spyware and how can I stop all the different popups

    1. My HJT logs with the below system configuration and symptoms:
-Vista Ultimate (no SP but patched with hotfixes)
-McAfee VirusScan Enterprise with Antispyware v8.5i installed and updated with latest DAT files
-AccessProtectionLogs often shows the below message with reference to nadclsqh.dll, ddcYppoN.dll and bbaxsnve.dll very often

"6/8/2008 9:33:57 PM Would be blocked by Access Protection rule (rule is currently not enforced) ACER01\terence.tham C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe C:\Users\terence.tham\AppData\Local\Temp\nadclsqh.dll Common Standard Protection:Prevent common programs from running files from the Temp folder Action blocked : Execute"

    2. When left connected to the internet:
-explorer dies off occassionally-IE will pop up and try to go to a page with a lengthy URL starting with http://83.149.75.33/.... I have checked the domain that it belonged to super-servers.net
-occasionally redirected to different webpages proclaiming your system infected and to install free antivirus/antispyware such as WinAnonymous, etc (I did not click on any of the links there and close the windows immd)
-occasionally getting visual studio C++ window with buffer underrun message

    3. Steps taken:
-I am very careful on the sequence of installations. After OS installation, Antivirus was the next followed by hotfixes, and subsequently other misc applications so if any virus are in the applications, they would be caught
-I have scanned applications before I install them
-After I start getting the symptoms in 2, I booted in safe mode to do a virus scan with only VNC is detected. I don't think VNC is a virus but the antispyware module detects most 3rd party remote tools and scanners as unwanted programs

    Hi vineyard07

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

    • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
    • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
    • Please post contents of that file in your next reply.

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
    1. Close all applications and windows.
    2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
    3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
    4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post.
