Spybot will not complete Scan

Hi Folks,
I am new to this so please forgive me, I need easy to understand instructions please.I had to install the newer version on Adware due to it coming to an end so installed Ad Ware 2007. I now seem to have a problem with my Spybot 1.4
I get a message up with
'There were problems in the include file c.\program files\spybot - Search _ destroy\Includes\trojans.sbi '
When I click ok it continues with scan but then freezes on Zlob.downloads which I have no idea what that is.
My AVG Scan found infections and when I looked it seems to be through or from Ad Aware.
I have un installed AdAware ans scanned with Spybot but the same message pops up.
Do you have any suggestions please

You are using a dated version of Spybot-SD. The latest version is 1.5.2.20. Upgrading with resolve the "trojan.sbi" error.

I have downloaded and installed the newer version of Spybot.
I have just scanned my computer and it has worked and completed the scan.
Once again thank you very much for your help and advice.

The latest version is AdAware 2008 7.0.10.
