    Default I'm back again...

hello again pskelley or the kind individual taking time to help me. i was here last year and healed but something happened yesterday and i just got back online. all of my browser settings changed, deleted desktop wallpaper, in network connections there was nothing...would not create one. in device manager it was a white page...blank. i called my cable co., and they said i had somehow lost all services, said i should call microsoft to see if i could get their help. well i somehow enabled most of the services back but i feel i need help seeing who was driving the truck that hit this thing...please! running XP here and patiently awaiting any help...thanks!

Default scan results and hjt log

while i was able to get online and stay...i went ahead and scanned with kaspersky's online scanner and am posting the results and since i still had hjt, i ran it and am including the log. i couldn't remember the name of the program that somehow installed itself and started all of this until the a-v scan finished, "winanonamous" is the name though. my pc is better today but IE keeps opening to strange websites and it is still very slow. i hope this will help the person investigating it...thanks for the help you guys offer!

    Hi

    1. Download combofix from any of these links and save it to Desktop:
    Link 1
    Link 2
    Link 3

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you (C:\ComboFix.txt). Post that log & a fresh hjt log in your next reply

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

If you have problems with Combofix usage, see here
