Spybot Domain
I am not sure if this has been addressed or is done. I would like to offer up the idea of possibly making a version of spybot that can run a host server or master copy etc. of itself from a domain serv. while of course having hosts run on all the domain computers that synch up and allows for global changes or schedualing to be done.
Its just a thought.

It sounds like you are looking for something like the “Spybot S&D Update and Configuration Server” that is included in the Spybot S&D Corporate Edition.
