Removal of Command Service

I know there are several threads on here about this command service, but I really just get lost reading them. I really dont know anything about computers when it comes to fixing a problem. I have downloaded Spybot Search and Destroy, and command service comes up, but there are two files that wont delete, and when I reboot, the rest of them come back. My web browser disappears for no reason and at all, and some time my pc just turns off at random times.


PLEASE HELP

Alright. I tried the Look2me destroyer, but when I turned my computer back on after the scan and "fix" I couldn't find the text file in the C drive.

I also tried to get a log of off l2mefix, and it said the process could not access the file because it was in use.
