    successnow:

You mentioned "… allusers application data …". Was the file in one the following directories?
    • Windows 95 or 98:
      C:\Windows\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery
    • Windows ME:
      C:\Windows\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery
    • Windows NT, 2000 or XP:
      C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery
    • Windows Vista:
      C:\ProgramData\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery

If so it is a recovery file that Spybot-S&D produced when you did a "Fix select problems" after a "Check for problems". Spybot's recovery files are stored as password protected zip folders.

If you no longer need the file it can be deleted by going into Spybot » Recovery, then select the item(s) that you no longer want to keep and use the "Purge selected items" option on the top of the screen to delete them.
