hmm... i used microsoft anti-spy, spysweeper to both quarintined it... then once it was quarintined (after like 4 restarts to make sure), then I deleted it from the quarintine. :]

And then i scanned it with spybot, and THANK GOD, IT WAS GONE...

Edit: Oh yeah, don't forget to delete it in your System Restore... :D

Since the problems are solved Im going to close the topic now, this keeps others with similar problems from posting there logs/question here, they should start a new topic.
If you should need to post another log for the same PC let Me or Tashi know.
