Virtumonde newbie, please help!!

I scanned with spybot and still have virtumonde and others coming back. Not sure what info you need in order to help me. Not sure where i should download hjt or combofix that would be safe. Not sure of how to do anything actually, only know this is a major problem. It has disabled or ruined my system restore, i push buttons, nothing happens. Its really screwing my computer up and seems the longer im online the worse it gets. Please advise, as i just spent alot of money fixing this computer and it was in the shop for months, just got it back 3 weeks ago, now this.

I'm sorry I didn't post my hjt log the first time. I wasn't sure i knew how to do it but figured it out when i read the WHOLE post that says "read this before posting".
