Default exclamation point in the notification area

    Hi there!
The primary reason of my registration here on the Forum is a black exclamation point in a yellow triangle in my Taskbar notification area. The Symbol has <no Title> as object-description at the option how to handle inactive symbols at the start button.

Win Vista. Actual Eset Nod32. Actual Win Defender. Actual Spybot.

The icon is looking preatty much like this:
I think that may is not kinda spy- or mal- ware. But nothing happens while klicking or just holding the mouse on it ... Anyone knows how to handle such symbols?
    Cheers!

are you sure you are clean? have you scanned with windows defender and spybot? also do you have an antiviruis program? Scan with all of them and make sure you are clean......I have never seen a icon like that. Can you provide a screenshot?

The last couple of times I saw that symbol on my task bar were because my printer and Internet Connection were on the blink. That symbol doesn't always mean that Malware or the like is the cause it can mean a piece of hardware isn't working.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Thanks for askin. Yes, erything is up to date and i scanned incrased times last few days. After a System restart the Symbol is gone. I cant provide a Screen, but it really looked like this. just a little bit smaller:

I made a HJT log while the symbol was there. I hope it wasnt any harmful software. But of cause im not shure about that. Anyway, if i would be a malware-programmer i definately would not add such a symbol, cause it would just notice the user about it.
