    Have you tried the large red switch on the left hand side?

    If you are referring to the option to clean out your temporary files that will occur if there are more than (from memory) 100 files in your c:\documents and Settings\username\local settings\Temp file then the simple answer is to let it clean them out, and it won't ask again until they become excessive again.

    From memory also I think it may have been an option in the installation process.
