    Default Cannot go on Standby

    Spybot S&D: 1.6.0.30; TeaTimer pop-up About: "version 1.6.0.0", "System settings protector 1.6.0.20"

The main problem is that the system will not go on Standby unless TeaTimer is exited. The message is "Your computer can't go on standby because a device driver or program won't allow it. Close all open programs and then try again." This is true even if "resident in IE sessions" hasn't been checked ON.

And it usually takes a very long time to exit TeaTimer.

Home computer - an old laptop, Windows 98, Pentium II, 256MB ram, 2GB C drive, IE 6, NIS Prof 2003, NAV 2005, Norton System Doctor

    Lightbulb hmm...

I do not experience this issue.....did you upgrade to the newest version without uninstalling the old spybot first?

    Default Yes, uninstalled 1.4

    My previous version was 1.4.

I uninstalled it before downloading and installing 1.6.
