I deleted C:\WINDOWS\system32\stickrep.dll and C:\WINDOWS\system32\interf.tlb with killbox and the annoying notifications stopped!

I think I also deleted this other exe file... but I dont remember the name.. I will look it up...

I booted in safe mode and Ran Spybot, and Ad-aware, and Ewido and Spywareblaster. and Smitrem to clean the last bit of anything up.
