    Default Problem with zango

Hello, whenever I run a scan with my Spybot, it detects a zango.exe but it cannot remove it. Sometimes, when it detects it, it will even shut down my entire computer. I've tried using different programs, but none seem to work. This thing is driving me crazy. Any help would be so much appreciated. Thank you!

Which version of Spybot-S&D do you have installed and what is the date of the latest definitions? Open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About.

Also, did you run a Spybot-S&D scan in safe mode? In safe mode, you have access to only basic files and drivers. When the machine is operating in normal mode all processes are running.
Scanning in safe mode allows the program to try and remove items that keep reappearing after a scan, despite having been 'fixed'.

Please let us know before heading to the Malware forum.

    Best regards.
