    Hi Phil,

I'm sorry my last post was confusing .. it was. I meant to say that I was unable to log onto the spybot forum as it we telling me that i wasn't logging in or didn't have permission, ever after getting the "thank you for logging in canebrake" message. I have unlogged and re-logged on, on the PC, and all seems ok... sorry for time wasting.

I have done another log for you to look at (I wasn't sure if you people were working today .. don't you get any time off .. its Sunday here)

I have done another log for you to look at (I wasn't sure if you people were working today .. don't you get any time off .. its Sunday here)
G'Day Sharyn, we are all volunteers and help when we can steal time from real lives and family. It's Sunday here also, but at 11:04 AM EST as I type. I am outside of Tampa, Florida, here is a peek at the beach:
    http://www.beachtourism.com/pier.htm

Sorry about the confusion and since RC is installed, let's move on:

Remove combofix from the computer like this:

    Click START then RUN
Now type or copy Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.
Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

Clean infected System Restore files like this:

    Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
    Click Properties.
    Click the System Restore tab.
    Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

    Reboot

    Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
    Click Properties.
    Click the System Restore tab.
    UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Run MBAM again to be sure we got it all, no need to post a clean scan result.

Update McAfee and scan your system to make sure it is running as it should and scanning clean. If you have any issues with McAfee, contact tech support for instructions:

Let me hear how things are going at that point, I will post this information for you now so you can benefit from it.
