Infected explorer.exe

Hi,

I used to have Virtumonde and Smitfraud problems, and I may have tried to fix them myself *cough*. Spybot now finds no malware on my computer, but Threatfire keeps closing explorer.exe and explorer.exe has been giving me problems, being slow, buffer overflow, whatever. How can I fix this?
