Default Which of these are spyware/malware?

This site was a HUGE help a couple years back when I had some spyware on my pc. I'm hoping lightning strikes twice....

I seem to be getting a constant stream of pop-ups and the like. clearly i'm infected and need help before I just start deleting what I think are spyware. I have an inkling but could use some expert help.

I've attached my HJT log below. Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated.
