    Then please do this:

We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:

    1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
    2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
    3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
    4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
    5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
    6. Restart your computer.

And re-enable it and tell me if it helped.

When the resident is unchecked i get an
"out of resources in module TeaTimer.exe@000468FC"

    1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
    Done
    2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu "Advanced Mode"
    Done
    3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
    Done
    4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
    Done
    5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
It only says "Resident" = Show the report created by this permanent protection of Spybot S&D is this correct one. and it is unchecked
    6. Restart your computer.
    still get the same thing.

Thanks for all your help. Is their a better spy and AV software then the norton 360 that would have prevented this?

There is nothing wrong with Norton.

No antivirus can find all threats.

I will give you some suggestions for improving security in my final instructions.

    Still some concerns?

As that seems to be Spybot specific problem, I recommend that you post here
