Default multiple problems i cant fix

    hi,

a friend recently asked me if i could help him fix his computer. i was fine with it until i realized that none of the virus/spyware removing programs that i know helped fix anything.

I've installed then scanned with AVG Free 8.0, Spybot s&d 1.6, Ad-aware 2008, CCleaner. None of them fixed these problems :

    - Google links redirects to some random ads links or some search engines.

    - Playing videos over the internet (youtube for exemple) will rarely go over the 10seconds mark.

    - If i want to download a file over the internet, i'll have trouble downloading the entire file. It will stop/complete very early in the downloading leaving me with a very small unreadable file.

    - When i want to shut down the computer (windows), or boot it up, i will have to wait several minutes before anything happens. Or when i boot it up, nothing will happen. It looks frozen on the windows loading screen.

--- Any of these problems seems to be there all of the time but sometimes it looks like its gone. After some times, i wont get redirected by google, or the videos and the file downloads will do just fine. And the same goes with windows shutting down or booting up.

I might also have to add that formatting the computer is out of the question, since the person who's in need does not have any of the installation discs for his computer's peripherals.

Thank you very much in advance for any help. Here is the HJT log i took from the computer after the latests spyware/virus scans.
