Is Virtumonde gone?

I had Virtumonde a while ago, and when following some online advice I managed to get rid of it. Out of the blue, my computer speakers stopped working (this may be a physical problem, i.e., speakers are broken, but I thought I would include it). Today, hen I started up my computer, it said something about my computer profile being corrupted and they would have to start me with a temporary profile, where the changes would not be saved the next time I logged on.
At one point, Virtumonde deleted my background and screensaver. When I deleted harmful dlls and got the options back and stopped receiving popups, I assumed Virtumonde was gone. Recently, every time I start up my computer, it says that two dlls could not be found.
Is my corrupted profile a result of virtumonde, or should I send in my computer to a computer technician? The Virtumonde threat has not shown up in S&D, and S&D seems to have stopped at Zlob.Downloader.bs and will not finish
