MBSA- ....ms baseline security analyzer

if i start installing mbsa 21 spybot 1.6(just installed tonight) is scanning the file and installation is stopped. this scanning must be new, it never happened with any file before. very strange!
this w2k-drive is totally clean. i did this process at the end of a complete cleaning session(wilderssecurity-plan). will now install the same file on a sb 1.52.-drive.

i could make mbsa 2.1 to run by installing it directly after download. and: active-x(IE options security) must be set to prompt
