    The system external check of spybot-S&D and regalyzer can not work!

    These both regdit tools denied to work! I reinstalled and fail to run them many times in vista ultimate.

    I am not familiar with a "... system external check ...". Are you talking about the "System Internals" facility in the Advanced mode Tools section of Spybot?

    Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition running on a 2.40GHz IntelŪ PentiumŪ 4 Processor with 512 MB of RAM and a 533 MHz System Bus.
