Window after first installation

Hallo,

After I've installed for the first time Spybot SD on Vista and before the steps we have before using the programm, I get a Window asking me something and I had just 12s time to answer by Yes or No..

Can anyone tell me what was SPybot asking me?

I clicked Yes, but....

was spybot deleting temporary files, they are temp files used by windows that are not needed, (they are files that are created when a program chrashes, etc.) and by removing them, it speeds up the speed of the spybot scan. Even Windows does clean this folder when your hard disk storage gets low, and the name "Temporary" expresses its non-persistant state quite clearly.
