Restore deleted Favorites in Windows Internet Explorer

I have installed Spybot and used 1Cleanup to make some changes, which deleted my Favorites list. How can I get the Favorites restored?

How exactly did you delete your favorites? Using Spybot or 1Cleanup? Which one deleted them?

What Internet browser? (firefox, Internet explorer, etc.)
