    Smile I need help - I cannot access Help on the opening screen where you go to scan your co

    Please help me with a problem I have accessing Help on the first screen! If I click Help I get the following message "Cannot open file: C\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Help\English.chm".
    I would like to add that I cannot access anything under Help : Help, Tutorial, or Index. Why? How may I correct this problem?

    Ardath,

    Have you had a look at the location "C\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Help\" for the file English.chm". If it isn't there, what is?

    Reinstalling Spybot should remedy the problem.
