I see you are using version 1.2-Spybot is now on version 1.4-You should remove that version and get the latest.

    You can download it here:

    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

You should use the integrated update after that and then scan.

Unless you are running Windows 95, you should upgrading to Spybot 1.4 as stated above.

If you are running Windows 95, post back and I will tell you how to proceed.

Though he obviosuly needs to update Spybot S&D, the detection will only change slightly. It's simply a proxy stub which I believe is installed with the MSN Dial-up Browser, possibly with MSN Messenger.

The entire Comet Cursors application doesn't exist in this case and so doesn't appear in Add/Remove Programs. It may be embedded in MSN Messenger, but I never use it so I don't know for sure.

    Hello,

If you turn off the resident TeaTimer you won't have resident protection and some bad stuff might get in.

As TeaTimer is always running in the background, it takes some resources of about 5 MB.

    Best regards
