cant get rid of Spy Sheriff please help!

A few days ago I got Spy Sheriff, I deleted it off of my add/remove programs and on my registry but the only problem is it wont let me get on the internet. I get a blue screen that says warning you have trojans and the website says system32.html. I dont know how to get rid of it. I have literally tried everything so I can get online but I cant. My computer is working fine it just wont let me get online and also when I log on an error message pops up saying RUNDLL and it says error loading w00363bc.dll the specified module cannot be found. Fortunately I can get on the internet on my laptop but not on my home computer thats infected with Spy Sheriff, please help me!

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter. It will process then start. Your desktop and icons will disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, it will be ready for a reboot.
Press any key to reboot. After the reboot notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

Were there any errors ? L2mfix didnt see any files is why i ask
Copy the contents of the quote box below into a new notepad document (not wordpad). Click file> save as...> call it check.bat > file types *all files*> and save it to desktop.

okay the Look2Me-Destroyer is not working.. I downloaded it and saved it to my desktop then i closed all the windows. I opened the program and I clicked on run the program as a task and it said it would open in 1 minute but it never does. I restarted my computer and then tried to open it but the same thing happened, it wouldnt open after it said it will reopen in 1 minute.
