When I first started my computer this morning, Spybot asked me if I wanted to allow or deny changes to registry for "bootexecute." Since I had not downloaded anything or made any changes, I denied the changes, and then boxes kept popping up continuously saying something like "registry changes denied due to black list" or something like that. Windows error boxes popped up, including one that said there were multiple security problems. I shut the computer down several times, got the blue screen that said something about initializing for a crash dump, and now it will not do anything, not even reboot from the restore CD. (I am using another computer to post this problem.) My computer has Vista, is an EMachines and was just purchased around March of this year. The error I get on the black screen after running CheckDisk is: File: \windows\system32\drivers\uliahci.sys
Status: Oxc0000221
Info: Windows failed to load because a critical system driver is missing or corrupt.
Can anyone help me?
