Virtumonde Virus! help

So I am not very good at computers. I"ll describe my problems. So i installed and ran spybot and it showed that I have virutomonde infection. Then i clicked fix the problem and it said the problem is fixed. Subsequently I ran a second scan and it still detects the infection. I ran multiple scans and deleted the malware but it still came up on every scan.


What do i do??
