Alright, I followed the protocol for getting help by first running HiJackthis as explained in the sticky for what to do before you post for help in the forum. Still seem that others are getting assistance and not me, what gives?

I really need help getting this removed, as I can't seem to get it out myself.

Alright guys, I'm really not trying to bump my problem to get help. I am however trying to follow solutions to this problem that I've seen your experts give to other users so I can get this junk off of my machine.

I ran HJK to get my uninstall list and tried saving it, but after I click the "save list" button HJK just disappears and I get no list save anywhere...

anyone know why this may be happening?
