    Default Itbar7Layout?

    Hello,
I was having a problem with a pop-up window opening about a rigistry change and the name ItbarLayout...

I researched and found out how to delete this entry to the registry using regedit.

I deleted this entry in both the Explorer and Shell Browser subkeys. Then, I found and entry called Itbar7Layout under the Web Browser subkey.

The two entries for ItbarLayout were deleted with no problem, but when I delete the Itbar7Layout entry under the Web Browser subkey in the registry, it just re-installs itself?

How can I get rid of this?
