i wouldnt worry about the registry item. its just a harmless left over. you got the one that was needed (T2xpdmVyIExpbSBPbmc folder in the system32 dir.)

i think your good to make new restore points now.

start>run type in sysdm.cpl then enter
under the restore tab, check "turn off system restore" apply, then ok
restart computer (deletes all restore points)

start>run type in sysdm.cpl then enter
under the restore tab, uncheck "turn off system restore" apply,ok
restart once more (makes new restore point)
