What does Spybot recommened for downloading music

Since I have been bit by the adware, spyware, pop-up stuff, I'm a bit apprehensive about downloading music and such. Thanks to the staff here, my computer is running great again. I want to try and make sure I keep it that way. That being said, what does Spybot recommend in terms of a site for downloading music that is "safe". I have heard of Limewire but not sure if its "safe". What does Spybot recommend?
