"1stAntiVirus receives and stores all information that you enter on our website and our billing pages. These include a) credit card sign-up page: the URL you are purchasing goods or services from, your e-mail address, your language preference, your credit card number, its expiration date, your first name, your last name, your zip, your country, and your agreement to be bound by 1stAntiVirus's terms and conditions; You are obligated to provide 1stAntiVirus with accurate and up-to-date information, and failure to provide 1stAntiVirus with such information could void any Agreement between you and 1stAntiVirus. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as processing your purchase request, responding to customer service inquiries, loss prevention, improving our service, communicating with you, and allowing our clients to provide customer service and fulfill their obligations to you. To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Shortcuts named "1stAntiVirus.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\App.exe".

Start Menu:

Please remove the following items from your start menu.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Items named "Register 1stAntiVirus.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\App.exe register".
  • Items named "Start 1stAntiVirus.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\App.exe".
  • Items named "Uninstall 1stAntiVirus.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\Uninstall.exe".

Quicklaunch area:

Please remove the following items from your start quick launch area text to the "Start" button in the taskbar at the bottom.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Quicklaunch symbols named "Start 1stAntiVirus.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\App.exe".

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "1stAntiVirus" and pointing to "?<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\App.exe? hide".

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D or RunAlyzer to locate and get rid of these entries.

  • A file with an unknown location named "Install_1stAntiVirus.exe".
  • A file with an unknown location named "1stAntiVirus.pkg".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\App.exe".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\Uninstall.exe".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\1stAntiVirus\Update.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Innovagest2000.1stAntiVirus uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!
